摘要
目的:观察中国灸穴位敷贴配合揿针治疗高原地区膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:66例符合膝骨关节炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中国灸(镇痛灸和强肾灸)配合揿针治疗,连续治疗1个月后观察VAS疼痛评分、WOMAC评分以及临床疗效指标。结果:1个月后,观察组在VAS评分、WOMAC评分优于治疗前,同时亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在疗效分析方面,观察组临床控制13例,显效10例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.94%,对照组临床控制10例,显效8例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率78.79%,两组有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中国灸穴位敷贴配合揿针治疗高原地区膝骨关节炎疗效确切,能减轻患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Chinese Moxibustion point application and pressing acupuncture on KOA in plateau area.Methods:66 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.The controlled group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets.The observation group was treated with Chinese moxibustion(analgesic moxibustion and kidney strengthening moxibustion)combined with press acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group.After one month of continuous treatment,VAS pain score,WOMAC score and clinical efficacy index were observed.Results:One month later,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were superior to those of the controlled group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of efficacy analysis,the observation group had 13 cases of clinical control,10 cases of significant effect,8 cases of effective,2 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.94%.The controlled group had 10 cases of clinical control,8 cases of significant effect,8 cases of effective,7 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.79%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese moxibustion acupoint application combined with pressing needle has a definite therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis at high altitude.It can reduce the pain of patients and improve the function of knee joint,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
