摘要
目的探究无充气腋窝入路腔镜下切除甲状腺肿瘤后应用综合护理的效果。方法选取我院2018年12月~2019年12月接收的80例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为基础组和综合组,每组各40例。基础组行常规护理,综合组行综合护理。比较两组患者术后的VAS评分、住院时间、美容效果评分、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,综合组术后VAS评分低于基础组,综合组住院时间短于基础组,综合组美容效果评分高于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组并发症总发生率(7.50%)低于基础组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组护理总满意度(97.50%)高于基础组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受无充气腋窝入路腔镜甲状腺肿瘤切除手术的患者施行综合护理可减轻其切口疼痛感,降低并发症发生风险,缩短住院时间,提高美容效果及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing after non-inflatable endoscopic resection of thyroid tumors via axillary approach.Methods A total of 80 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the basic group(n=40)and the comprehensive group(n=40)by random number table method.The basic group was given routine nursing,while the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing.The VAS score,hospitalization time,cosmetic efficacy score,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the postoperative VAS score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the basic group,the hospitalization time of the comprehensive group was shorter than that of the basic group,and the cosmetic efficacy score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the basic group,with statistically significance differences(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total incidence rate of complications in the comprehensive group was 7.50%,which was lower than 27.50%in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction degree of the comprehensive group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients which received noninflatable endoscopic resection of thyroid tumors via axillary approach can reduce the incision pain,decrease the risk of complications,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the cosmetic efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree.
