摘要
目的探讨超声内镜用于食管胃底静脉曲张断流术的指导意义。方法随机抽样法选取2018年5月~2019年5月本院60例食管胃底静脉曲张患者。按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组行胃镜下食管胃底静脉曲张断流术,研究组行超声内镜下食管胃底静脉曲张断流术。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组止血成功率、曲张静脉消失率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访12个月,研究组复发率、病死率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声内镜在食管胃底静脉曲张断流术中具有较好指导作用。
Objective To investigate the guiding significance of endoscopic ultrasonography in esophageal and gastric varices devascularization.Methods A total of 60 patients with esophageal and gastric varices admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)according to the randomly sampling method.The control group was treated with esophageal and gastric varices devascularization under gastroscope,while the study group was treated with esophageal and gastric varices devascularization under endoscopic ultrasonography.The therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of hemostasis and disappearance rate of varicose veins in the study group were higher than those in the control group,but there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the relapse rate and mortality rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasonography has a relatively good guiding role in esophageal and gastric varices devascularization.
