摘要
目的分析心理护理联合利眠贴在肺癌患者失眠护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的80例肺癌失眠患者纳入该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组给予常规失眠护理干预,在此基础上,观察组则行心理护理联合利眠贴治疗,比较两组患者干预前后睡眠质量改善情况,统计不良情绪改善情况。结果对照组患者的PSQI各项评分(2.63±0.72)分、(2.84±0.56)分、(2.87±0.54)分、(2.85±0.36)分显著高于观察组(1.24±0.12)分、(1.31±0.14)分、(1.12±0.05)分、(1.02±0.11)分(t=12.044、16.764、20.409、30.747,P<0.05)。对照组患者的SAS评分(44.72±7.06)分、SDS评分(43.87±3.56)分明显高于观察组(31.42±5.43)分、(34.32±2.48)分(t=9.444、13.921,P<0.05)。结论在肺癌失眠患者接受治疗时,采用心理护理联合利眠贴的临床应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with Limian paste in the nursing of patients with lung cancer insomnia.Methods Convenient selected80 lung cancer and insovhnia patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in this study,and they were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)according to the number random table method.The control group was given conventional insomnia nursing intervention.On this basis,the observation group received psychological nursing combined with Limian paste treatment.The improvement of sleep quality before and after intervention was compared between the two groups and the improvement of bad mood was counted.Results The PSQI scores(2.63±0.72)points,(2.84±0.56)points,(2.87±0.54)points,and(2.85±0.36)points of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(1.24±0.12)points,(1.31±0.14)points,(1.12±0.05)points,(1.02±0.11)points(t=12.044,16.764,20.409,30.747,P<0.05).The SAS score(44.72±7.06)points and SDS score(43.87±3.56)points of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(31.42±5.43)points and(34.32±2.48)points(t=9.444,13.921,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lung cancer and insomnia,the clinical application of psychological care combined with Limian paste is effective,which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients.
