摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜辅助肋间小切口心脏手术的个性化麻醉管理对拔管时间及住院时间的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月于福建医科大学附属漳州市医院接受胸腔镜辅助肋间小切口心脏手术治疗45例患者作为观察对象,所有患者均采用全身麻醉。通过随机数字表法将其分为试验组(22例)和对照组(23例)。对照组给予常规麻醉管理,试验组给予个性化麻醉管理方法。比较两组患者的缺氧发生率、拔管时间及住院时间。结果麻醉管理后,试验组患者拔管时间、住院时间明显短于对照组患者,缺氧发生率低于对照组患者,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于接受胸腔镜辅助肋间小切口心脏手术的患者,运用个性化麻醉管理对患者的预后恢复意义重大,可促进患者快速康复。
Objective To investigate the influence of personalized anesthesia management on thoracoscopic assisted intercostal small incision cardiac surgery on extubation time and hospitalization time.Methods Forty-five patients undergoing thoracoscopy-assisted small intercostal incision cardiac surgery were selected as observation objects.All patients underwent general anesthesia.All patients were divided into experimental group(n=22)and control group(n=23)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional anesthesia management,and the experimental group was given personalized anesthesia management.The incidence of hypoxia,extubation time and hospital stay in the two groups of patients were compared.Results After personalized anesthesia management for all patients,the extubation time and hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly shortened than the control group,and the incidence of hypoxia was signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing thoracoscopic-assisted small intercostal heart surgery,the use of personalized anesthesia management is of great signifi cance to the patient's prognosis and recovery,and can promote rapid recovery of patients.
