摘要
目的使用访谈的方法,调查东营地区护士职业倦怠的现状,分析探讨与护士职业倦怠相关的因素,以此提出减轻职业倦怠的对策和方法,为预防及减轻护士职业倦怠提供相关的理论及实践指导。方法自行设计访谈提纲,分层选取50名护士作为接受访谈的对象,针对护士职业倦怠的现状和产生的原因进行深入的分析研究。结果访谈的结果显示:社会对护理工作的认知度低、护理工作量大、护士的个人成就感低、心理负担重、护士的压力得不到缓解,家人和单位支持欠缺、不平等的薪资报酬等是护士产生职业倦怠的主要原因。结论(1)东营地区护士职业倦怠的情况较为严重。(2)认知度低、工作量大、个人成就感低、心理负担重、压力得不到有效缓解、支持系统欠缺、不平等薪资报酬等是影响护士职业倦怠的重要因素。(3)可以通过自我调适、改善工作环境、加强管理者的重视程度、良好的社会支持和缓解压力降低护士的职业倦怠。
Objective Using questionnaires to investigate the current status of job burnout,to analyze the factors associated with job burnout among nurses in Dongying area,and propose the countermeasures and methods for reducing job burnout,provide relevant theory and practice guidance for preventing and reducing job burnout among nurses.Methods In order to reduce the occupational stress and job burnout of nurses,fifty nurses were selected hierarchically to be interviewed with selfdesigned interview outline for further analyzing the current status and causes of nurse job burnout.Results The results of the interview show:Low social awareness of nursing work;high workload of nursing;low personal accomplishment of nurses;heavy psychological burden;lack of family and unit support,nurses'pressure is not relieved and unequal pay are the main reasons for nurses’burnout.Conclusion(1)The occupational burnout of nurses in Dongying area is serious.(2)Low recognition,large workload,low personal sense of achievement,heavy psychological burden,ineffective relief of pressure,lack of support system,and unequal salary and remuneration are the important factors affecting nurse burnout.(3)Nurses’job burnout can be reduced through self-adjustment,improvement of working environment,enhancement of managers'attention,good social support and alleviation of stress.
