摘要
在“1+X”证书制度实施过程中,南平某高职以旅游管理专业为试点,通过旅行社访谈,决定引用行业证书推进旅游管理专业“X”证书制度的实施。旅游管理专业结合龙头旅行社需求,将专业课程教学标准、职业资格证书标准、旅行社行业标准融入专业人才培养方案,重构课程体系,采用“课证岗”融合方式转变传统教学模式,通过课证同步考核改革传统评价模式,从而实现复合型技能人才的培养,满足旅行社转型升级对人才的需要。
In the process of implementing the"1+X"certificate system,a higher vocational college in Nanping,taking tourism management specialty as a pilot,decided to use industry certificate to promote the implementation of"X"certificate system of tourism management specialty through interviews with travel agencies.Tourism management major combines the needs of leading travel agencies,integrates specialty curriculum teaching standards,vocational qualification certificate standards and travel agency industry standards into the professional talent training programs,reconstructs the curriculum system,changes the traditional teaching mode by course-certificate-post integration,and reforms the traditional evaluation mode through course-certificate synchronous examination,so as to realize the cultivation of compound skilled talents and meet the needs of travel agencies for transformation and upgrading of talents.
