摘要
综述了国内外UHPC养护制度的研究现状,讨论了不同养护方式、养护条件、养护过程等因素对UHPC力学性能的影响。采用标准养护、80℃水浴养护不同养护机制分析对UHPC抗压强度的影响,讨论了养护方式、养护时长对UHPC强度的影响。试验表明80℃水浴养护会加快水化进程,提高UHPC抗压强度,但过度养护会导致UHPC强度下降。
It reviews the research status of UHPC curing system at home and abroad,and discusses the effects of different curing methods,curing conditions and curing processes on the mechanical properties of UHPC.The effects of different curing mechanisms on UHPC compressive strength were analyzed by standard curing and 80℃water bath curing.The effects of curing methods and curing time on UHPC intensity were discussed.The experiment shows that the 80℃water bath curing will speed up hydration process,and increases the compressive strength of UHPC,but excessive curing leads to decrease in UHPC strength.
