摘要
目的探讨止溢防脱洗发皂治疗白屑风的临床疗效。方法将128例白屑风患者随机分为药皂组(用止溢防脱洗发皂治疗)61例和对照组(用二硫化硒洗剂治疗)67例,连续治疗4周,观察2组患者的症状与不良反应,并进行疗效评定。结果治疗后2组瘙痒、鳞屑、油腻、脱发的症状均有改善,药皂组总有效率83.1%,对照组总有效率77.8%,药皂组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见严重不良反应。结论止溢防脱洗发皂治疗白屑风安全有效,能较好改善白屑风诸多症状,且携带和使用方便。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Zhiyi Fangtuo Xifa soap in the treatment of Seborrheic dermatitis.Methods 128 patients of seborrheic dermatitis were divided into drug soap group(61 patients were treated with Zhiyi Fangtuo Xifa soap)and the control group(67 patients were treated with selenium disulfide lotion).All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effects were evaluated and the symptoms of patients with adverse reactions were observed at same time.Results The symptoms of pruritus,scales,greasiness and hair loss for the two group patients were improved after treatment.The total effective rate of drug group was 83.1%,while the control group was 77.8%,and there had significant difference in the comparison(P<0.05).And no serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion The Zhiyi Fangtuo Xifa soap has effective clinical effect in the treatment of the seborrheic dermatitis,and it is conveniently carried and used.
