摘要
设计“水热法制备Fe3O4纳米颗粒及其电化学检测重金属离子”开放实验,目的是使学生掌握和了解水热法Fe3O4纳米颗粒的基本原理和实验操作,学会材料对重金属离子Pb^2+的电化学检测响应信号数据的获取和分析,培养学生的动手能力和分析问题能力.
An open experiment of"Hydrothermal preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and their electrochemical detection of heavy metal ions"was designed.The purpose of this experiment is to enable students to master and understand the basic principles and experimental operations for the hydrothermal preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles.It is also benefit to develop students'hands-on skills and problem-solving skills during the process of data acquisition and analysis of the response signal of the electrochemical detection of Pb^2+ on Fe3O4 nanoparticles.
