摘要
为黔南州匙吻鲟的引进及扩大养殖参考,采用常规淡水鱼的养殖管理方法,于2019年7-10月在都匀市进行为期84d的匙吻鲟鱼苗池塘养殖试验研究。结果表明:匙吻鲟养殖成活率为84%,每尾平均增重286.32g,特定生长率为(3.33±1.86)%/d;养殖过程中有轻度营养缺乏导致的疾病、气泡病和细菌性烂鳍病发生。匙吻鲟在黔南州生长迅速,抗病力强,有较高的经济价值,适宜在黔南州推广养殖。
The experiment of culturing Polyodon spathulalarvae in pond for 84 din Duyun during Jul.2019-Oct.2019 is conducted by using culture management method of conventional freshwater fish to provide a reference for introduction and culture expanding of P.spathulain Qiannan Prefecture.Result:The survival rate,average weight gain and specific growth rate of P.spathulais 84%,286.32 g and(3.33±1.86)%/d respectively.The disease including bubble disease and bacterial fin rot caused by mild nutrient deficiency occurs during culture process.P.spathula with rapid growth,strong resistance to disease and high economic value is suitable for culturing and popularizing in Qiannan Prefecture.
