摘要
为了实现对混凝土抗渗性的精确预测及快速而高效的混凝土配合比优化设计,提出一种LSSVM-NSGA-Ⅱ模型。首先基于混凝土配合比及对应的氯离子渗透系数样本数据利用最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)实现对混凝土氯离子渗透系数的高精度预测,然后将氯离子渗透系数回归预测函数作为适应度函数的优化目标之一,以混凝土成本为另外一个优化目标,结合工程要求及相关规范建立配合比参数约束条件,最后通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法实现混凝土配合比的多目标优化设计。以东北某工程项目为例进行应用分析,测试结果精度很高。
In order to accurately predict the impermeability of concrete and optimize the mix proportion of concrete quickly and efficiently,a LSSVM-NSGA-Ⅱmodel is proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the concrete mix proportion and the corresponding sample data of chloride ion permeability coefficient,the high precision prediction of chloride ion permeability coefficient of concrete is realized by using the least square support vector machine,then,the regression prediction function of chloride ion permeability coefficient is taken as one of the optimization objectives of the fitness function,and the economic cost of concrete is taken as another optimization objective.Finally,the multi-objective optimization design of concrete mix proportion is realized by NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm.Taking an engineering project in northeast China as an example,the precision of measurement results is very high.
