摘要 针对目前超高层建筑中爬模支撑系统受避难层伸臂桁架牛腿等凸起结构影响,使得爬模架体布置、现场施工等难以有效运行,因此对爬模支撑系统进行了改造设计,通过实体加载试验和ANSYS试验加载过程模拟分析相互验证,验证了爬模支撑系统的稳定性和安全性,改造形成了角部悬挑的爬模支撑体系,有效解决了伸臂桁架和爬模体系的碰撞问题,架体布置灵活、施工安全可靠,项目实际应用效果良好。 In view of the fact that the climbing formwork support system in super high-rise buildings is affected by the protruding structures such as the outrigger truss bracket of refuge floor,which makes it difficult to effectively operate the climbing formwork support system,the climbing formwork support system is reformed and designed. The stability and safety of the climbing formwork support system are verified by the entity loading test and ANSYS test loading process simulation analysis.The reconstruction has formed a cantilevered climbing formwork support system,which effectively solves the collision problem between the outrigger truss and the climbing formwork system. The scaffold body is flexible in layout,safe and reliable in construction,and the actual application effect of the project is good.
