摘要
为解决超大型深基坑施工难度大、施工效率低及危险系数高等问题,以湖南旺旺医院(二期)工程为例,提出"先顶后底"全逆作法施工技术,并详细介绍该技术施工难点及关键施工工艺。采用有限元软件对拟建基坑每个施工步骤进行精准数值建模,利用软件内嵌的等向硬化弹塑性模型对施工完成后的基础周边土体位移沉降进行模拟。实践结果表明,该施工技术能有效提升施工效率并将基坑施工对邻近建筑的影响控制在安全范围内。
Aiming at the practical problems of the construction of supersized deep foundation excavation in terms of the construction,the low efficiency and the operation safety,relying on the project of Hunan Want Want Hospital (the second phase),a top-down construction technology is proposed. The construction difficulties and key construction technology are introduced in detail. The elaborate numerical modeling of each construction step of the foundation excavation is established based on the numerical simulation,and the displacement of soil around the foundation after the construction is calculated by using the equidirectional hardening elastic-plastic model embedded in the software. The results show that the proposed construction technology can effectively improve the construction efficiency and control the impact of foundation excavation construction on adjacent buildings within a safe range.
