摘要
内蒙古大唐鼎旺化工有限公司合成氨、硝酸和硝铵项目用时8 a完成了项目的建设。因国家法律法规、国家(行业)标准升级和地方性政策调整,致使项目在建设过程中遇到消防、安全、环保等行业要求的合规性问题,企业在采取了一系列有效应对措施后,最终通过了试生产审查。从消防、安全、环保3个方面进行了概括性的总结。
The synthetic ammonia, nitric acid and ammonium nitrate project of Inner Mongolia Datang Dingwang Chemical Co.,Ltd. Completed the project’s construction. Because of national laws and regulations,national( industry) standard upgrades and local policy adjustments,as a result,the project encountered in the construction process of fire, safety,environmental protection and other industry requirements of compliance problems, after the enterprise adopts a series of effective measurement, it finally passes trial production review. The general summary is made from three aspects,such as fire protection,safety and environmental protection.
