摘要
目的了解大同地区人群血液中锌、钙、铁、镁、铜含量缺乏情况。方法收集山西迪安医学检验中心2018年1月-11月大同地区体检者1442例,按年龄分为0岁~13岁的少年组、14岁~28岁的青年组、29岁~49岁的壮年组和≥50岁的老年组,采用原子吸收光谱仪检测微量元素,并分析检测结果。结果1442例体检者中5种微量元素缺乏率分别为18.79%(钙)、15.05%(锌)、8.25%(铁)、0.14%(镁)和0.21%(铜),钙缺乏以老年组最严重锌缺乏以少儿组最严重;铁缺乏以壮年组最严重,其他微量元素缺乏率不同组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时,铁缺乏率女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他微量元素不同性别间差异无统计学意义。结论大同地区人群体内微量元素缺乏以钙、锌、铁为主,其中以钙缺乏最严重,建议加强该地区健康教育,注意合理饮食。
Objective To understand the deficiency of Zn,Ca,Fe,Mg and Cu in whole blood of persons in Datong area.Methods A total of 1 442 people for healthy examination in Shanxi Di’an Medical Laboratory Center from January to November,2018 were collected.According to the age,they were divided into the children group aged 0-13 years old,the youth group aged 14-28 years old,the adult group aged 29-49 years old and the elderly group over 50 years old.The microelements were detected by atomic absorption spectrometer,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The deficiency rates of 5 microelements in 1 442 cases were 18.79%( Ca),15.05%( Zn),8.25%( Fe),0.14%( Mg) and 0.21%( Cu).Ca deficiency in the elderly group was most serious,Zn deficiency in the children group was most serious,lack of Fe in the adult group was most serious,there was no statistical significance on the difference in the lack rate of other microelements between different groups( P>0.05).Meanwhile,the deficiency rate of Fe in female was higher than that in male,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference in other microelements between different gender groups( P>0.05).Conclusion The Ca,Zn and Fe are the main microelements deficiency in persons of Datong area,and the deficiency of Ca is the most serious.It is suggested that health education should be strengthened and reasonable diet should be paid attention to.
