摘要
本文分别用三种不同极性的溶剂(石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇)提取野生黑茶中抗氧化活性物质,并测定了三种自由基的清除率,与合成抗氧化剂Vc和芦丁进行对比。结果表明:随着野生黑茶提取物浓度的增加,其对DPPH自由基、·OH自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力逐渐增强,同时发现野生黑茶对DPPH自由基和·OH自由基清除能力都是乙酸乙酯提取物的自由基清除活性较强。黑茶提取物对DPPH自由基·OH自由基的清除率分别到达93.63%和77.85%。而对超氧阴离子自由基则是正丁醇相提取物的自由基清除活力较强,清除率达到42.25%。结论:野生黑茶不同溶剂提取物对三种自由基的清除效果良好,说明其中富含抗氧化活性物质,这为野生黑茶的进一步开发利用提供了参考依据。
In this paper,the antioxidant active substances were extracted from Wild Dark Tea respectively with three different polar solvent(petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol).The scavenging activity was determined on both DPPH,hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and superoxide anion,and was compared with synthetic antioxidant vitamin C and rutin.The results showed that:in the experimental concentration range,with the increase of the extract concentration,the scavenging capacity on DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical gradually increased,and also found that the ethyl acetate extraction of Wild Dark Tea had stronger scavenging capacity on DPPH radical and hydroxyl radicals.The scavenging capacity radical can reach 93.63%and 77.85%respectively.While the scavenging activity on superoxide anion radical was stronger in chloroform extraction,and the radical scavenging rate was 42.25%.In conclusion,the extractions of Wild Dark Tea in different polar solvent had effectively scavenging activity on DPPH radical,hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radical.So Wild Dark Tea is rich in antioxidant active substances.These can provide the reference basis for the further development and utilization of Wild Dark Tea.
