摘要
【目的】多胎萨福克具有良好的生长发育和产肉性能,本研究分析了多胎萨福克为父本和阿勒泰羊为母本的杂交F1羔羊生长发育情况,为开展合理的杂交利用提供依据。【方法】测定羔羊从出生到断奶前的体重数据,分析羔羊的生长发育情况。【结果】结果显示:(1)产羔数与多胎萨福克羔羊初生重相关,羔羊初生重随产羔数的增加而降低;(2)萨阿杂交F1羔羊初生重显著高于多胎萨福克羔羊(P<0.01),杂交优势明显;(3)在萨阿杂交F1羔羊群体上初步建立的羔羊生长发育评测指数表现出一定的正态分布特点,且不同性别指数的分布范围略有不同。【结论】多胎萨福克羊与阿勒泰羊中的杂交效果明显,杂交羔羊的初生重和断奶前日增重都有显著提高。
[Objective]Multiparous Suffolk sheep has good growth and meat production performance.In order to analyze the growth performance of F1 generation of lambs crossed by Suffolk(male parent)and Altay sheep(female parent),so as to provide a basis for rational hybridization.[Methods]The body weight data of lambs from birth to weaning were measured,and the growth and development of lambs were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that:(1)the number of lambing was correlated with the birth weight of Suffolk lambs,and the birth weight of lambs decreased with the increase of the number of lambing.(2)The birth weight of F1 hybrid lambs was significantly higher than that of Suffolk lambs(P<0.01),and the hybrid superiority was obvious.(3)The growth and development indexes of lambs preliminarily established on the F1 generation of lamb population showed certain normal distribution characteristics,and the distribution range of indexes of different genders was slightly different.[Conclusion]The crossbreeding effect of the multiparous Suffolk and Altay sheep was obvious considering that the birth weight and daily gain before weaning of the crossbred lambs were significantly improved.
