摘要
以中国远景收购日产AESC作为科技企业海外并购的一个典型案例,描述了远景集团收购日产AESC电池业务的过程,然后对收购案例的动因与效果进行了深入的分析,最后阐述了远景收购日产AESC案例带给我们的启示,为之后我国科技企业海外收购,实现资源配置的全球化提供宝贵经验。
This article takes Envision’s acquisition of AESC as an typical example case of Chinese science and technology enterprises’overseas mergers and acquisitions.It firstly introduces the whole process of Envision’s acquisition of AESC,then deeply analyzes the motivations and outcomes of the example merger and acquisition case,finally expounds the inspirations from the example case,which can provide invaluable experience for Chinese science and technology enterprises’overseas mergers and acquisitions to achieve globalized resource allocation.
