空间栽培基质筛选及对莴苣生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的为空间植物栽培筛选适宜的栽培基质,并研究其对莴苣生长的影响。方法采用PROFILE颗粒土(P1和P2)、多孔陶瓷颗粒(B1、B2和W1、W2)、蛭石(V1和V2)、泥炭(Pe)等典型基质作为备选栽培基质,通过分析测试不同基质(两种粒径)的理化性质、持水性能,并进行种子萌发(7d)和植株生长实验(40d)。结果不同基质间的容重、总孔隙度、pH值和持水性能等存在显著差异(P<0.05)。不同基质的莴苣种子发芽率为38.33%~86.67%。莴苣种植实验中,基质P2和B1所培养的植株具有较高的株高、鲜/干重、光合色素含量和矿质营养元素含量。结论基质1~2mm粒径PROFILE颗粒土P2和黑陶粒B1容重适中,具有较高的孔隙率和持水力,种子萌发率高,植株生长旺盛,适宜作为空间植物栽培的基质。 Objective To select suitable substrates for cultivation of higher plants and to study their effects on the growth of lettuce plants in space controlled ecological life support system(CELSS).Methods Several substrates including PROFILE particles(P1 and P2),ceramic particles(B1,B2,W1 and W2),vermiculite(V1 and V2)and peat(Pe)were selected as candidate substrates.The physical and chemical properties and the water holding capacities of the substrates were tested.The lettuce seed germination(7 d)and plant growth(40 d)experiments were conducted.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05)in bulk density,total porosity,pH value,and water holding capacity among different substrates.The germination rates of lettuce seeds in different substrates were between38.33%and 86.67%.There were higher plant height,fresh(dry)weight,photosynthetic pigment content and mineral nutrient content for lettuce plants grown in the substrates of P2 and B1.Conclusion The P2 and B1 substrates have moderate bulk density,high porosity and water holding capacity,high seed germination rate,vigorous plant growth,and excellent overall performance which may be used as the substrate for plant cultivation in space CELSS.
