摘要
目的对比观察甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效以及护理方法。方法选择本院收治的68例异位妊娠产妇为分析对象,采用随机方式分为观察组和对照组,患者均接受甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,给予对照组常规用药指导,给予观察组综合护理干预。对比两组治疗效果和护理满意率。结果观察组、对照组治疗有效率为94.12%、88.24%,组间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理满意率为97.06%,高于对照组82.35%(P<0.05)。结论给予异位妊娠患者综合护理干预,可以有效提高其护理满意率,有助于患者身心健康的恢复,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To observe and compare the efficacy and nursing methods of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty-eight ectopic pregnant women admitted to our hospital were selected as the analysis objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All patients received methotrexate combined with mifepristone.The control group was given conventional medication guidance and given.Observation group comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 94.12%and 88.24%.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than the control group 82.35%(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with ectopic pregnancy can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction rate and help the recovery of patients’physical and mental health.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
