摘要
目的探讨在精神分裂症患者健康教育中应用AIDET沟通方式的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年10月在本科住院的精神分裂症患者50例为观察组,选取同期在本科住院的精神分裂症患者50例为对照组。对照组采用常规沟通方式进行健康教育,观察组采用AIDET沟通方式进行健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育前后健康知识掌握情况及服药依从性。结果健康教育后,观察组疾病相关知识掌握情况、服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者的健康教育中应用AIDET沟通模式有助于患者掌握疾病相关知识,提高服药依从性。
Objective:To explore the effect of AIDET communication mode in health education for patients with schizophrenia.Methods:50 schizophrenic patients hospitalized in our department from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 50 schizophrenic patients hospitalized in our department in the same period were selected as the control group.The control group was given health education by routine communication,and the observation group was given health education by AIDET communication.The mastery of health knowledge and medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after health education.Results:After health education,the disease-related knowledge and medication compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of AIDET communication mode in the health education of patients with schizophrenia is helpful for patients to master disease-related knowledge and improve medication compliance.
