摘要
垂直护理模式的老年公寓是特殊的住宅建筑,而装配式的创新型共居老年公寓不仅符合城市老年人的物质和心理需求,而且能够解决政府和经营者投入大和难以更新的问题。通过分析装配式钢结构老年公寓及装配化室内装修,研究适合养老公寓的空间设计、装配式部件与部品,并将智能化、信息化的新技术应用于老年公寓中,以期装配式老年公寓能够满足老年人对不同居室空间及空间功能的需求,为老年人创造更加便利的夕阳生活,为养老模式带来新的契机,快速、良好地解决城市养老问题。
The apartment for the elderly in the vertical care model is a special residential building, and the prefabricated and innovative coliving apartment for the urban elderly not only meets their material and psychological needs but also solves the problem of a large investment by the government and operators and updating difficulty. Through the analysis of prefabricated steel structure elderly apartment and assembly interior decoration, this paper researches the space design, prefabricated parts, and components suitable for the elderly apartment. It applies the new intelligent and information technology to the elderly apartment so that the prefabricated elderly apartment can meet the various needs of the elderly for different room spaces and spatial functions, and create a more convenient sunset life for the elderly, By doing these, we hope to bring new opportunities for the elderly care model, and solve the problem of urban elderly care quickly and properly.
