摘要
目的探讨慢阻肺稳定期采取中西医结合治疗的疗效及其对患者生存质量的影响。方法研究对象取2016年6月至2020年1月的80例慢阻肺稳定期患者,行动态随机分组。对照组采取常规西医治疗,在上述操作下,观察组联合中医治疗。观察两组治疗效果、生存质量、血气指标(血氧分压PaO2、动脉血二氧化碳分压PaCO2、血氧饱和度SaO2)水平值、肺功能指标(每分钟最大通气量MVV、用力肺活量FVC、1s用力呼气量FEV1)水平值。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组社会关系、生理功能、物质生活、心理状况评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组血氧分压PaO2、血氧饱和度SaO2水平值高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压PaCO2水平值低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组肺功能指标每分钟最大通气量MVV、用力肺活量FVC、1s用力呼气量FEV1水平值高于对照组,P<0.05。结论慢阻肺稳定期采取中西医结合治疗,效果显著,可有效改善相关病情,提高生存质量。
Objective to investigate curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of COPD in stable period and influence on life quality of patients.Methods choose 80 cases stable COPD patients from June 2016 to January 2020 as study objects,divide them into groups dynamically and randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine.Under above operation,observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Observe treatment effect,life quality,blood gas indicators(partial pressure of blood oxygen PaO2,partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide PaCO2,blood oxygen saturation SaO2)level values,pulmonary function indicators(maximum ventilation per minute MVV,forced vital capacity FVC,1s)forced expiratory volume FEV1)level value between two groups.Results total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05;after treatment,scores of social relations,physical function,material life,and psychological status of observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05.After treatment,blood oxygen partial pressure PaO2 and blood oxygen saturation SaO2 levels of observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05.After treatment,PaCO2 level of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in observation group was lower than control group,P<0.05.After treatment,pulmonary function indexes of observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant effect on stable period chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can improve related conditions and improve life quality effectively.
