摘要
鉴于当前传统村落保护与发展面临的诸多困境,活化被认为是实现传统村落保护和利用双重目标的重要途径。整体活化是维持传统村落作为生产生活综合性空间的必然选择,是延续农耕文明整体性的必然要求,是实现传统村落整体保护与化解可持续发展中诸多矛盾的有效手段。传统村落活化应着眼于村民、农业、经济、旅游、景观、文化、机制等七个维度,构建具有高度整合性、综合性和关联性的整体活化体系。通过七个维度的活化,培育内生动力,维系“农性”本质,夯实物质基础,突显文化魅力,营建宜居环境,提升经济价值,完善治理机制,使传统村落焕发新的活力,全面恢复生产生活活动,继续为人们提供丰富的物质和精神文化产品。
In view of the current difficulties in the protection and development of traditional villages,activation is considered to be an important way to achieve the dual objectives of protection and utilization of traditional villages.Holistic activation for maintaining traditional villages as a comprehensive production and living space is an inevitable choice and a must for maintaining the holistic agricultural civilization,and an effective means for the holistic protection of traditional villages and the solution of the contradictions in the sustainable development.Activation of traditional villages should focus on the seven dimensions of villagers,agriculture,economy,tourism,landscape,culture and mechanism in order to build a highly integrated,comprehensive and organic system of holistic activation.The activation of seven dimensions will help cultivate the endogenous power,maintain the essence of“agriculture”,consolidate the material foundation,highlight cultural charm,build a livable environment,enhance economic value,improve governance mechanism,make traditional villages grow with new vitality,comprehensively resume production and life activities,and continue to provide people with rich material and spiritual cultural products.
