摘要
针对某厂变压器批次性绝缘电阻降低的问题,对其产生的原因进行了分析,分析表明该厂在2001年和2002年生产的变压器油中铜离子和氨基比林含量都较高。铜离子的存在会增加变压器油中的水分含量,从而降低绝缘电阻;氨基比林遇酸则会生成盐,在电场中带电,盐类物质在非极性的变压器油中溶解有限,因此极易集聚形成带电微环境,从而降低变压器油的绝缘性能。提出了一种使用硅藻泥及丝光棉相组合的高效吸附滤板吸附过滤油的新型变压器油处理方法,并对现场处理工艺流程进行了阐述,应用实例表明,该法可以有效吸收变压器油中杂质,实现变压器油的循环利用。
In view of the decrease of insulation resistance of transformer batches in a certain factory,the reasons were analyzed.The analysis showed that the transformer oil produced by the factory in 2001 and 2002 contained high copper ion and Aminophenazone(AP)content.The presence of copper ions increases the moisture content of the insulating oil,this reduces the insulation resistance;When AP meets acid,it will generate salt,which will be charged in the electric field.Salt substances are limited to dissolve in non-polar transformer oil,so it is easy to gather and form charged microenvironment,thus reducing the insulating performance of insulating oil.The traditional treatment method of insulating oil can't completely absorb copper ion and AP,this paper presents a new treatment method of insulating oil,which can effectively absorb impurities in insulating oil and realize the recycling of transformer oil.
