摘要
由于固定拍摄设备与运动车辆间的相对位置的不确定性,使得拍摄的车牌图像发生水平倾斜、垂直倾斜或既有水平又有垂直的综合倾斜。这些畸变如果不加以矫正,会大大降低车牌识别的准确率。针对这种情况采用Radon变换对上述三种情况的畸变车牌进行矫正,以提高识别的准确性。最后实验证明,该方法能较好矫正畸变车牌。
Due to the uncertainty of the relative position between the fixed camera and the moving vehicle,the captured license plate images are sometimes tilted horizontally,vertically,or both horizontally and vertically.If these distortions are not corrected,the accuracy of license plate recognition will be greatly reduced.Radon transform is used to correct the distorted license plate images in the three cases mentioned above to improve the recognition accuracy.Finally,the experiment proves that the method can better correct the distorted license plate images.
