摘要
目的研究分析疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床效果及应用价值。方法选择我院于2018年6月至2019年6月内收治的60例老年腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组(30例,采用一般疝修补术治疗)和研究组(30例,无张力疝修补术治疗)。对两组患者在治疗完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果研究组采用无张力疝修补术治疗后手术时间,住院时间明显优于对照组采用一般疝修补术治疗后手术时间,住院时间。(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论疝气无张力修补术在老年腹股沟疝的治疗中效果显著,其手术时间短,术后恢复快,且术后并发症发生率低,有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To study and analyze clinical effect and application value of tension-free hernia repair in treatment of elderly inguinal hernia.Methods We chose 60 cases of elderly inguinal hernia patients admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as research objects,divided them into control group (30 cases,treated with general hernia repair) and research group (30 cases,treated with tension-free hernia repair) according to different treatment methods.Collected and analyzed effect between two groups after treatment.Results Operation time and length of stay in study group after treatment with tension-free hernia repair were significantly better than those of control group after treatment,P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair can achieve significant effect in treatment of elderly inguinal hernias,with short operation time,fast postoperative recovery,and low postoperative complications incidence,which has high clinical application value.
