摘要
目的探讨MRI增强扫描患者中采取人文关怀护理模式的应用效果。方法抽取本院行MRI增强扫描患者4000例作为研究对象,随机分为对照、观察组各2000例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取人文关怀护理干预措施,观察两组患者的护理满意度、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论 MRI增强扫描患者中采取人文关怀护理模式的应用优势显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore application effect of humanistic care in patients with enhanced MRI scan.Methods We chose 4,000 cases of enhanced MRI scan patients in our hospital as research objects,divided them into control and observation groups randomly,2,000 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and observation group with humanistic nursing intervention measures.Observed nursing satisfaction degree and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than that of control group;incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Humanistic nursing has significant advantages in enhanced MRI scan patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
