冷却循环水对六面顶压机合成宝石级金刚石的影响 被引量:6

摘要 使用六面顶压机高温高压合成宝石级金刚石的过程中,加热合成块产生的多余热量大部分都被冷却循环水带走。为保护硬质合金顶锤以及提高宝石级金刚石产量,控制优晶,温度场的均衡性,需要对冷却水的进水温度以及流量调节优化至合理的区间,让冷却水散热比稳定在一个相对恒定的数值。研究表明控制循环水进水温度以及流量在一定区间内,顶锤的使用寿命延长,并且宝石级金刚石的产量提升15%,优晶提升11%,粒度主峰集中值提升20%,经济效益明显提高。 In the process of synthesizing gem grade diamond by high temperature and high pressure with hexahedral press,most of the excess heat produced by heating synthetic block is taken away by cooling circulating water.In order to protect the output,crystal optimization and temperature field balance of cemented carbide anvil and gem grade diamond,it is necessary to adjust the inlet temperature and flow rate of cooling water to a reasonable range,so the excess heat absorbed by cooling water can be stabilized at a relatively constant value.The results showed that the service life of anvil was prolonged by controlling the inlet water temperature and flow rate of circulating water within a certain range.The output of gem grade diamond was increased by 15%,the excellent crystal was increased by 11%,and the concentration value of main peak of particle size was increased by 20%.The economic benefit is obviously improved.
