摘要
为了探索脉宽、脉间、功率管数以及工作液介质对TA2钛薄壁件变形量的影响规律。设计了单因素试验和正交试验,以翘曲量、表面粗糙度和加工时间为评价指标,通过灰关联分析得到优化工艺参数组合,即脉宽为20 s,脉间为150 s,功率管数为6,液中放电加工。试验结果表明,该参数组合能够在保证表面粗糙度和加工时间的同时,有效地降低薄壁件翘曲量。
In order to explore the influence of pulse width, pulse interval, power tube number and working fluid medium on the deformation of thin-walled parts, the single factor test and orthogonal test were designed. Taking the amount of warpage, surface roughness and processing time as the evaluation indexes, the optimized process parameter combination was obtained by gray correlation analysis, that was, the pulse width was 20 s, the pulse interval was 150 s, the number of power tubes was 6, and discharge machining was carried out in the liquid. The test results show that the combination of parameters can effectively reduce the amount of warpage of thin-walled parts while surface roughness and processing time are ensured.
