摘要
通过分析医药中间体产品的生产工艺,设计了基于昆仑通态的MCGS组态软件和通态TPC控制的变频器生产监控系统。该系统简化了控制装置,提高了控制系统的防护水平和可靠性。因此,详细介绍系统的设计方法和实现过程,以期为相关系统的设计提供技术依据。
Through the analysis of the production technology of pharmaceutical intermediates,the MCGS configuration software based on Kunlun general state and the frequency converter production monitoring system based on general state TPC control are designed.The system has simplified the control device,improved the protection level of the control system and improved the reliability.The design method and implementation of the system are introduced in detail,which provides the technical basis for the design of related systems.
