摘要
尿道狭窄是泌尿外科常见病和多发病。外伤是其首要病因,近几年发现留置导尿管已成为尿道狭窄的第二大病因。尿道狭窄及其相关并发症严重危害患者健康,然而预防尿管源性因素致尿道狭窄的发生并没有得到该有的关注和重视。本文从尿管源性尿道狭窄的状况、诊断、病因以及预防措施等多个方面总结其发生机制和预防对策,以期为临床降低尿管源性尿道狭窄的发生提供一定帮助。
Urethral stricture is a common and frequently encountered urological disease.Trauma is the primary cause of urethral stricture.In recent years,it has been found that indwelling catheter has become the second major cause of urethral stricture.Urethral stricture and its related complications seriously endanger the health of patients.However,the prevention of urethral stricture caused by indwelling catheter has not been paid attention to.In this article,we summarize the occurrence mechanism and preventive strategies of urethral stricture from the aspects of its status,diagnosis,etiology and preventive measures,so as to provide some help for reducing the clinical occurrence of urethral stricture.
