摘要
目的探讨以关键点控制理论为基础的集束化干预对复用手术器械清洗效果的影响,为提升复用手术器械清洗质量提供临床新思路。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院使用后送往消毒供应中心(CSSD)的手术器械为研究对象,将传统器械处理流程(2019年1—5月)的224个样本作为对照组,将关键点控制理论指导下的集束化干预后(2019年6—10月)的224个样本作为观察组。比较两组的手术器械清洗质量。结果医院等级、管理模式、人员配置、监督管理、设备、方法、清洗时间等多重因素均影响复用手术器械的清洗合格率。观察组的清洗合格率为98.21%(220/224),高于对照组的91.52%(205/224),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以关键点控制理论为指导的集束化干预策略可以有效提高复用手术器械的清洗质量。
Objective To explore the effects of cluster intervention guided by key points of control on cleaning quality of reused surgical instruments,and provide new clinical ideas for improving the cleaning quality of reused surgical instruments.Methods The surgical instruments used and sent to the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected.The 224 samples handled according to traditional device processing procedures(between January and May 2019)were included into the control group,while 224 samples handled with cluster intervention guided by key points of control(from June to October 2019)were included into the observation group.The cleaning quality of surgical instruments was compared between the two groups.Results The cleaning qualification rate of reused surgical instruments was affected by multiple factors such as hospital level,management model,staffing,supervision and management,equipment,methods,and cleaning time.The cleaning qualification rate of the observation group was 98.21%(220/224),which was higher than 91.52%(205/224)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The cluster intervention strategy guided by key points of control can effectively improve the cleaning quality of reused surgical instruments.
