机载光谱仪前置光学系统主镜支撑结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 离轴非球面金属反射镜作为机载光谱仪前置光学系统的重要光学元件,其面型精度直接决定了系统的成像质量。与同轴光学系统相比,离轴反射镜的装配调整更为复杂,对结构设计提出了更高的要求。因此,提出一种机载光谱仪前置光学系统主镜的支撑方法,在保证刚度的条件下具有一定的柔性,可以有效释放微重力和安装等产生的应力。仿真与干涉仪对面型检测的结果表明:设计的主镜支撑结构在重力的作用下,主镜的最大面型误差的RMS优于0.1λ,且其一阶频率能够大于350 Hz,表明:主镜的支撑结构具有良好的静、动态特性,满足金属反射镜的面型要求。 The off-axis aspherical metal mirror is an important optical component of the front optical system of the airborne spectrometer.Its surface accuracy directly determines the imaging quality of the system.Compared with the coaxial optical system,the assembly adjustment of the off-axis mirror is more complicated,and higher requirements are placed on the structural design.Therefore,in this paper,a support method for the main mirror of the front optical system of the airborne spectrometer is proposed,which has certain flexibility under the condition of ensuring rigidity,and can effectively release the stress generated by microgravity and installation.The results of simulation and interferometer face detection show that the maximum mirror RMS error of the main mirror is better than 0.1λunder the action of gravity,and the first-order frequency can be greater than 350 Hz.It shows that the support structure of the main mirror has good static and dynamic characteristics and meets the surface type requirements of metal mirrors.
