摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法142例腹泻患儿均于凤城市中心医院接受治疗,时间为2018年1月至2019年4月,随机将其分为观察组(n=71)和对照组(n=71),两组患儿予以纠正水电解质紊乱、补液等常规治疗基础上,对照组行以蒙脱石散治疗,观察组行双歧杆菌三联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗,对比分析两组患儿的大便频率恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复时间、体温恢复时间及临床疗效。结果观察组患儿的大便频率恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复时间及体温恢复时间均明显短于对照组,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻,能有效调节患儿肠道内菌群的平衡,改善患儿的腹泻症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bifidobacterium triple live bacteria combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 142 children with diarrhea were treated in Fengcheng Central Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=71)and control group(n=71).The two groups of children were treated on the basis of conventional treatments such as correction of water and electrolyte disorders and fluid rehydration,the control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacteria triple viable bacteria combined with montmorillonite powder.Comparative analysis of the time when the stool frequency of the two groups returned to normal,stool characteristics recovery time,body temperature recovery time and clinical efficacy.Results The recovery time of stool frequency,stool characteristics,and body temperature recovery time of children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with montmorillonite powder can treat children's diarrhea,which can effectively regulate the balance of the intestinal flora in children and improve the symptoms of children's diarrhea.
