基于特高压换流站阀内冷主泵机械密封渗漏原因及对策研究 被引量:7

Research on the causes and countermeasures of the leakage of the main pump mechanical seal based on the converter valve internal cooling system of UHV converter station

摘要 随着特高压输电电压等级和容量的不断增大,能够保障换流阀等元件正常运行温度的阀冷系统的重要性日益凸显。首先分析了特高压输电换流阀常用水冷系统的架构,以及作为阀内冷系统核心设备即含冲洗管的主循环泵机械密封的结构;然后指出了含冲洗管的自冲洗式阀内冷主循环泵机械密封渗漏的危害,并探究了造成渗漏的主要原因;最后针对渗漏原因提出了相应的对策,并在实际工程中进行应用验证。结果表明,所提对策能使阀内冷系统运行更加稳定,大大减少主循环泵机械密封渗漏次数和运行维护成本,备件更换频率大幅降低。 With the continuous increase of UHV transmission voltage level and capacity,the importance of the converter valve cooling system to ensure the normal operating temperature of converter valves and other components becomes increasingly prominent.It analyzes the architecture of the commonly used water cooling system of UHV transmission converter valves and the core equipment of the converter valve internal cooling system-the mechanical seal structure of the main circulating pump with flushing pipe,presents the hazards of the leakage of the mechanical seal of the main circulating pump with flushing pipe and the main reasons for the leakage,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the reasons of the leakage of the mechanical seal of the main circulating pump of the converter valve internal cooling system,and carries out the application verification in the actual project.The results show that operation of valve internal cooling system is more stable,the number of mechanical seal leakage about main circulating pump and operation and maintenance costs are greatly decreased and the replacement frequency of spare parts is greatly reduced.
