电石渣用于铜硫浮选分离抑制剂的试验研究

摘要 工业废物电石渣主要成分是Ca(OH)2,与石灰浆分子式相同,研究替代石灰用作某铜硫铁矿石浮选的抑制剂,在粗选和精选作业分别开展石灰和电石渣的用量试验。闭路试验中石灰和电石渣用量均为3000g/t,铜精矿品位分别是19.31%、19.56%,回收率分别是90.83%、90.91%。结果表明,两者相同用量时矿浆p H值相同、选别指标与接近,因此,电石渣可以替代石灰作为该矿的抑制剂。 The main component of the carbide slag is Ca(OH)2,has the same formula with lime paste.The object of this study is using carbide slag to replace lime as the depressant in the flotation flowsheets of one copper pyrite ore,the experiments were carried out on the dosages of lime and carbide slag in the process of rougher and cleaning flotation.The results of lime and carbide slag in closedcircuit test,the grade of Cu concentrate was 19.31%,19.56%,and the recovery of Cu concentrate was 90.83%,90.91%,The test results showed that when the same dosage of lime and carbide was used,the p H value of pulp was the same and the flotation index was very close,therefore,carbide slag can replace lime in the flotation flowsheets of this copper pyrite ore.
