“数字金融”背景下金融学专业的教学创新与实践研究 被引量:6

摘要 “数字金融”深刻地改变着金融业的生态链和生态空间,对金融从业人员的知识储备、能力结构提出了新的要求,必将带来社会对金融人才需求结构的变动。在此背景下,将“数字金融”的最新发展与“金融学”专业的人才培养体系有效融合是当前金融学专业教学改革的重点。当前“数字金融”的最新发展业态丰富和完善了金融学理论体系,对金融学专业的“数字化”能力培养提出了更高要求,同时为提升金融学教学水平和效率提供了技术支持。但是,“数字金融”背景下金融学专业教学仍然存在着教学内容滞后于“数字金融”的发展、专业培养体系欠缺“数字化”技能培养、教学体系运作的数字化程度较低等问题,可以从重塑金融学专业人才培养目标、推进课程体系改革、打造数字化教学平台、提高金融学专业教学管理数字化水平等方面来提高金融学专业的教学创新和实践水平。 "Digital finance"has profoundly changed the ecological chain and ecological space of the financial industry,and put forward new requirements on the knowledge reserve and ability structure of financial practitioners,and will surely bring about changes in the structure of society's demand for financial talents.In this context,the effective integration of the latest development of"digital finance"with the talent training system is the focus of the current financial teaching reform.The latest development of"digital finance"has enriched and perfected the financial theory system,put forward higher requirements for the"digital"ability training of finance specialty,and provided technical support for improving the efficiency of educational administration.However,under the background of"digital finance",there still exit many problems,such as the teaching content lagging behind the development of"digital finance",and the lack of"digital"skill training in the professional training system,and the low level of digitalization of the educational administration.Therefor,for the sake of improving the teaching innovation and practice level,we can reshape the training target of finance professionals,promote the reform of the curriculum system,create a digital teaching platform,and improve the digital level of finance specialty educational ministration.
