摘要
目的探讨脑室-腹腔分流术治疗成人脑积水的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年3月至2019年12月收治的50例成人脑积水患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用侧脑室矢状窦分流术治疗,研究组采用脑室-腹腔分流术。比较两组的临床效果、各项状态指标评分及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组的Barthel指数评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的GCS、GOS评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率为12.00%,显著低于对照组的36.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑室-腹腔分流术治疗成人脑积水的临床效果显著,且安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of adult hydrocephalus.Methods Fifty adult patients with hydrocephalus admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lateral ventriculo sagittal shunt,and the study group was treated with ventriculoperitoneal shunt.The clinical effects,various status index scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than72.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the Barthel index score of the two groups increased,and that in the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the GCS and GOS scores of the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was12.00%,which was significantly lower than 36.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of adult hydrocephalus has a significant clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
