摘要
为了提高3A21厚板的可成形性,使用预制坯进行强力旋压成形。在强力旋压成形过程中涉及参数较多,成形过程复杂,其中,旋轮是旋压成形加工过程中的关键工艺装备之一,对成形件的成形精度和成形质量至关重要。为揭示上述参数对厚板旋压成形过程的影响,基于ABAQUS/Explicit有限元模拟与实验相结合的方法,分析旋轮工作圆角半径、旋轮进给比以及旋轮与芯模间隙对旋压件贴模性以及壁厚的影响规律。结果表明:旋轮工作圆角半径太小,易与板料出现"咬死"现象,太大则影响旋压件贴模性及壁厚均匀性;较小的旋轮进给比有利于旋压件贴模、避免材料局部堆积,从而提高旋压件的壁厚均匀性;合适的旋轮与芯模间隙可以使材料流动更加充分,大大提高旋压件贴模性。通过上述研究和实验,最终获得了合格的旋压产品。
To improve the formability of 3 A21 thick plate,it must using the pre-formed blank to power spinning forming. There are many parameters involved in power spinning forming process and the forming process is complex. Spinning rollers is one of the critical technological equipments in spinning forming process,which deeply effects the forming accuracy and forming quality of formed parts. To reveal the influences of above parameters on the spinning forming process for thick plate,using the method combated finite element simulation based on ABAQUS/Explicit with experiment analyzed the effect laws of spinning roller working radius,feeding rate of spinning roller and gap between spinning roller and mandrel on the wall thickness and fitness to die of spinning parts. The results show that the small spinning roller working radius makes it easier to embed rollers into plate,and the large radius may affect the fitness to die and uniformity of wall thickness for spinning parts. Besides,small feeding rate of spinning roller enhances the fitness to die of spinning parts and avoids local piling up to improve the uniformity of wall thickness. And an appropriate gap between spinning roller and mandrel contributes to material transfer and the fitness to die of spinning parts. Through the above research and experiments,proper spinning parts were obtained finally.
