醇类助磨剂对水煤浆磨制效果的影响

摘要 基于水煤浆气化技术采用的原料煤为低变质程度煤种,该类煤种均具有内水含量高、可磨性差的特点。利用正交实验设计,研究了醇类助磨剂对水煤浆磨制过程的影响,分析了助磨剂对水煤浆性能的影响。结果表明:丙醇(YEC)适用助磨条件更宽泛,最高可将D 50有效降低46%,但制得的水煤浆流动性降低,表观黏度升高21%;1-戊醇(YBC)对磨制要求更低,在0.5‰时可将D 50降低34%,浆体流动性变好,表观黏度降低26%。实验选取两种醇类助磨剂均具有助磨效果且可有效提高浆体稳定性,当pH增加时,添加助磨剂制得浆体的表观黏度的变化率减小。 Based on the coal water slurry(CWS)gasification technology,the raw coal is low metamorphic coal,which has the characteristics of high internal water content and poor grindability.Orthogonal experiment design was used to study the effect of alcohol grinding aids on the grinding process of coal water slurry,and the effect of grinding aids on the performance of coal water slurry was analyzed.The results show that the application of YEC to the grinding conditions is more extensive and the maximum can reduce the D 50 effectively by 46%,but the fluidity of the CWS reduces and the apparent viscosity increases by 21%.YBC is less required for grinding,and the D 50 can be reduced by 34%at 0.5‰.The slurry fluidity is better and the apparent viscosity reduces by 26%.The selected two kinds of alcohol grinding aids have good grinding effect and can effectively improve the stability of slurry.With the increase of pH,the change rate of apparent viscosity of slurry prepared by adding grinding aids decreases.
