摘要
针对三维激光扫描仪点云数据精度可靠性的量化评定问题,通过分析激光点位误差协方差阵与误差椭球的关系,构建单一激光点位误差椭球模型,推导出区域实际的点云误差椭球体积计算公式,将实际点位误差椭球中长半轴的最值作为点云变形可靠性的评定参数。实验结果显示,点云变形可靠性的评定参数与实际变形值的误差最大值为0.5 mm,最大相对误差为10%。表明构建的点云误差椭球模型能准确计算出点云变形的可监测值,为三维激光扫描仪点云精度可靠性评定提供了可参考模型。
Aiming at the quantitative evaluation of the accuracy and reliability of point cloud data of three-dimensional laser scanner,a single laser point error ellipsoid model is constructed by analyzing the relationship between the laser point position error covariance matrix and the error ellipsoid,and the calculation formula of the volume of the actual point cloud error ellipsoid is derived.The maximum value of the long half axis of the actual point error ellipsoid is taken as the evaluation parameter of point cloud deformation reliability.The experimental results show that the maximum error between the evaluation parameters of point cloud deformation reliability and the actual deformation value is 0.5 mm,and the maximum relative error is 10%.The results show that the point cloud error ellipsoid model can accurately calculate the monitoring value of point cloud deformation,which provides a reference model for the reliability evaluation of point cloud accuracy of 3D laser scanner.
