摘要
结直肠癌是全世界最常见的癌症之一,大部分患者最终出现局部复发或转移,放疗、化疗效果均不理想。因此,寻找可以指导结直肠癌临床治疗的新策略成为亟待解决的问题。近年来,肿瘤干细胞作为癌症治疗的新兴靶点,日渐受到人们的关注。肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤异质性的来源,具有快速增殖以及分化为肿瘤细胞的能力。其在分子及表型上明显不同于其他肿瘤细胞,在结直肠癌的复发、转移和耐药中发挥着重要作用,本文就该领域的研究进展进行综述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world,most patients eventually develop local recurrence or metastasis.The therapeutic effect of radiotherapy or chemotherapy is not satisfactory.Therefore,seeking for new strategies which can be applied to clinical treatment of colorectal cancer has become an urgent problem.In recent years,cancer stem cells,as an emerging therapeutic target of cancer,have received increasing attention.Cancer stem cells are a source of tumor heterogeneity,which have the ability to rapidly proliferate and differentiate into tumor cells.Furthermore,Cancer stem cells are obviously different from other tumor cells in molecular and phenotype,and play an important role in the recurrence,metastasis and drug resistance of colorectal cancer.This article reviews the research field.
