摘要
目的:探讨风险护理干预在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用。方法:2019年10月至12月消毒供应中心实施外来器械风险护理干预,比较实施前(2019年7月至2019年9月)及实施后(2019年10月至2019年12月)消毒供应中心外来器械管理效果及临床对外来器械满意率。结果:实施后外来器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率、物品验收率、器械去向明确率高于实施前(P<0.01),而器械损坏率、器械遗失率低于实施前(P<0.01)。实施后临床对器械发放、器械回收、科室沟通、服务质量及消毒供应中心环境管理等方面满意率高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:风险护理干预能有效提高消毒供应中心外来器械管理质量,降低器械管理不良事件,提高临床及手术室对消毒供应中心护理管理满意率。
Objective:To explore the application of risk nursing intervention in the management of external instruments in the disinfection and supply center.Methods:From Oct to Dec 2019,the disinfection and supply center implemented risk nursing intervention for foreign instruments.The management effect and clinical satisfaction rate of foreign instruments before intervention(Jul to Sep 2019)and after intervention(Oct to Dec 2019)were compared.Results:After intervention,the qualified rates of cleaning,sterilization and packaging,acceptance rate of instruments and the clarification rate of equipment destination were higher than those before intervention(P<0.01),while the damage rate and loss rate of instruments were lower than before intervention(P<0.01).After intervention,the clinical satisfaction rates of equipment distribution,equipment recovery,department communication,service quality and environmental management of disinfection and supply center were higher than those before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:Risk nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of external instrument management,reduce adverse events of instrument management,and improve the satisfaction rate of clinical and operating room on nursing management of disinfection and supply center.
