摘要
随着城镇化水平的不断推进,大量污水处理厂的兴建,污水处理过程中产生的臭气污染问题日益突出。通过搭建生物滤池反应器,以模拟实验验证所用混合填料的除臭效果。试验结果表明:培养驯化挂膜过程中,根据生物滤池反应器进出水中COD、TN、TP浓度的检测结果,在15~19d时微生物对营养物质的利用率较低,即挂膜成功;通过检测H2S和NH3最大去除率分别为99.24%和97.53%,均大于75%,表明混合填料挂膜、除臭效果良好;生物滤池反应器循环用水随着试验进程的推进,pH值逐渐降低,在试验进程第11d时出水呈软酸性,表明H2S、NH3在通过生物滤池填料后被氧化为硫酸根和硝酸根;通过生物学测序技术可知,驯化挂膜过程会降低微生物的丰度和多样性;对比分析接种污泥与填料微生物在门水平和纲水平的物种组成,表明变形菌门下的β-变形菌纲(Betaproteobacteria)、γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)以及酸杆菌门下的酸杆菌纲(Acidobacteria)为除臭优势菌,在除臭过程中起到了主导作用。
With the development of urbanization,a large number of sewage treatment plants have been constructed.Odor pollution has been increasingly serious during the sewage treatment process.This paper builds a biofilter reactor to simulate experiments to verify the deodorization effect of the mixed fillers.The results show that according to the testing results of inlet and outlet COD,N,P concentration in the biofilter,the microbial utilization rate of nutrients is low at 15~19d,which means that the membrane is successfully hung.The maximum removal rate of H2S and NH3is 99.24%and 97.53%,respectively,both more than 75%,which indicates that the hanging film and deodorization effect of the mixed fillers are good.With the advance of the experiment process,the pH of the reactor circulating water decreases gradually.On the 11th day of the experiment process,the effluent is soft acidic,indicating that the H2S、NH3is oxidized to sulfate and nitrate after passing through the filter filler;the biological sequencing technology shows that the acclimation process can reduce the abundance and diversity of microorganism communities;by comparing the species composition of microorganism in inoculating sludge and filter on Phylum and Class level,it is found thatβ-Proteobacteria(Betaproteobacteria),γ-Proteobacteria(Gammaproteobacteria)and Acidobacteria are the dominant deodorizing bacteria,which play a leading role in the deodorization process.
