摘要 目的:分析单光子发射计算机断层显像/计算机断层扫描成像(SPECT/CT)设备常见问题,提出从固有均匀性和旋转中心质量控制采集程序分析找出故障原因的解决方法,在较短时间内解决设备质量控制问题。方法:剖析SPECT/CT设备设计原理,研究其质量控制中的固有均匀性和旋转中心等强制质量控制项目遇到的设备故障,从SPECT/CT检查床及准直器车接口结构等方面总结各种运动故障,梳理说明书上未提到的问题并给出解决方法。结果:采用从固有均匀性和旋转中心质量控制采集程序分析找出故障原因的解决方法后,设备故障的维修时间,由工程师到场维修的2~8 h缩短为20 min。结论:SPECT/CT常见问题解决方法能在较短时间内解决SPECT/CT设备质量控制问题,延长设备使用时长,减少使用人员和患者等待时间。 Objective:To analyze the common problems of single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT/CT)equipment and propose solutions of analyzing and finding fault reasons from collection program of quality control of inherent homogeneity and center of rotation,so as to resolve the problem of quality control of equipment in shorter period.Methods:The design principles of SPECT/CT equipment were analyzed,and the equipment faults that were met by mandatory quality control items included inherent homogeneity and center of rotation in quality control were researched.The various movement faults were summarized in a series of aspects such as SPECT/CT examination couch and interface structure of collimator.And then,the problems were not involved in specification were sorted and further resolutions were provided.Results:After adopting this solution,the maintenance time that quality control cannot be completed normally due to equipment fault were shortened to 20 min from approximately 2-8 hours that were needed by the engineer on site.Conclusion:The solution of common problems of SPECT/CT can solve the quality control problems that SPECT/CT equipment cannot complete in a short time,and prolong the use duration of the equipment,and reduce the waiting time of users and patients.
