摘要
文章对新基建国家战略理论框架进行更加系统的辩证解读,从全球视野前瞻性地探究新基建国家战略,得出这是构成"国家物流枢纽及重要物流基础设施"发展一大机遇的结论。在此基础上,文章梳理相关概念及理论,在国家战略依据下进一步研究理论,得出一些有价值的思想和观念,揭示一些新特征,为国家物流枢纽带动城市与重要物流基础设施发展提供更多的指导意见,这对国家物流枢纽承载城市发展与重要物流基础设施建设具有重要意义。
This paper makes a more systematic and dialectical interpretation of the theoretical framework of new infrastructure construction strategy,and explores the strategy from a global perspective.It is concluded that this is an opportunity for the development of national logistics hubs and important logistics infrastructure.On this basis,this paper combs relevant concepts and theories,further studies the theories on the basis of the strategy,obtains some valuable ideas and concepts,and reveals some new features.It is of great significance for the national logistics hubs to facilitate the development of cities and the construction of important logistics infrastructure.
