摘要
计算机、信息技术的发展,促使各行各业发生重大变化,人力资源部门也不例外,文章基于信息化背景下,结合某公司人力资源现状,对人力资源系统进行设计与实现,以希提高企业人力资源管理效率。
With the development of computer and information technology,great changes have taken place in all walks of life,and human resource department is no exception.Based on the background of informatization,combined with the current situation of human resources of a company,this paper designs and implements the human resource system,hoping to improve the efficiency of human resource management.
