摘要
为了精确掌握山东省农村生态环境建设情况,从农村生态资源、生态农业、生态宜居、生态治理四个要素方面选取了17个评价指标,利用综合指数法对山东省各地市的农村生态环境发展水平进行测评。结果显示,山东省农村生态环境综合指数发展水平整体较低,平均值为0.36,但发展相对均衡;生态农业指数发展水平最高,平均值为0.65;生态宜居与生态治理指数发展水平相当,平均值分别为0.40、0.49;生态资源指数发展水平最低,平均值为0.21,且发展水平差距较大;生态环境等级评价良好以上的城市约占山东省总城市的一半,生态环境综合发展水平的高低与各地市所处的地理位置和经济发展水平格局不完全一致。最后,依据农村生态环境综合指数的计算结果,将山东省各地市生态环境综合发展水平划分为优秀、良好、一般、较差、非常差五个等级,并根据各个等级区域内每个城市的发展特点提出相应的发展对策。
In order to accurately grasp the situation of rural eco-environment construction in Shandong Province,the article selects 17 evaluation indicators from the four elements of rural ecological resources,ecological agriculture,ecological livability,and ecological governance.Using the comprehensive index method to evaluate the rural ecoenvironmental development level of each city in Shandong Province,the results show that the overall development level of the comprehensive index of rural eco-environment in Shandong Province is relatively low,with an average of 0.36,but the development is relatively balanced;the development level of the ecological agriculture index is the highest,with an average of 0.65;the level of ecological livability and the development of the ecological governance index is comparable,with an average of 0.40 and 0.49;the ecological resource index is the lowest development level,with an average of 0.21,and the gap is large;About half of the total cities in Shandong Province have a good eco-environment rating,and the level of comprehensive development of the eco-environment is not completely consistent with the geographical location and economic development level of each city.Finally,according to the calculation results of the rural eco-environment comprehensive index,the comprehensive development level of the eco-environment of each city in Shandong Province is divided into five grades:excellent,good,fair,poor,and very poor,then the paper proposes corresponding development countermeasures according to the development characteristics of each city in each level area.
